Sidechaining in Auria with Pro-MB?!
G'day mates. So, I'm having a technical issue and not sure if I missed any steps here, but it seems that Pro-MB refuses to take in any sidechaining signals. Here are the steps to take...
Load two tracks, one a kick sample played by Lyra, and one a synth. Simple. I route one down one subgroup, and the other down another subgroup.
On the synth track, I load Pro-MB as an effect, activate a band, open expert mode, and set the signal source as Ext.
At the top of the plugin wrapper is the sidechain dropdown menu, and there I select the kick as my source.
However, no signal goes through! I've used google to find out information about using sidechain with Pro-MB and Auria, and I can't find anything to solve the problem. What am I doing wrong?

Ok it simple question
Sidechain in Auria works only with audio not with midi

Try this to use a MIDI instrument as a side chain for your FX: route the output of your MIDI instrument track to a bus (it defaults to the stereo outs) and then create an audio track and use the same bus you used for the MIDI track, but this time as the input for the audio track. Use this audio track as the side chain for Pro MB. Let me know if it works.
@theconnactic Bloody hell, that actually worked! You're a genius is what's up mate.
@Denzkps Connactic came up with a wicked solution I'd have never thought of. This is why I absolutely love this AB forum. Get a solution within the hour when 2 hours' worth of Google searching fails. Cheers mates.
