I bought the Jazz Session but when i try to download give me this error, the progress stop at 80% and show this message

Can you check in the song, pattern, kit libraries if the Jazz Sessions ( JS1 ) pack has been fully installed. ( You can ignore this " Status " message on the screen ). If not, please let us know.

Any news on the update? I've looked on the App store and the last version is from Jan 2016.
Will the update be a free upgrade for existing users or a separate new app purchase? I want to get DPP but can wait a bit longer if it's going to be a paid upgrade.
Also - has anyone tried using DPP being played in real time from a E drum kit by MIDI?? I tried it with the GarageBand kits and I think even they sound better than the acoustic kits in our old Roland TDK
I'd like to know about this as well. I think they mentioned an upcoming update some months ago, but they (smartly) didn't commit to a launch date.
