Just a post to say that I'II not be contributing to the forum anymore. I've been pretty active here over the last 2 years, but I now feel the need to move on.
No drama / account deleting / acrimony or anything like that.
I'd just like to thank the folk here who gave me good advice and also to those who offered useful feedback on my SOTMC entries. Hopefully I did the same for some people here too.

I can understand how being here can sometimes not be helpful in many ways. I avoid here myself at times. It's not the forum as such, it's just people in general. Sometimes it's just too much stress trying to communicate with people.

As soon as a thread turns into a bun fight, I tend to stop following it. Currently I think I only check about 5% of the threads on the forum, not necessarily because of bun fights (although there's been a few, there's some trolls around) but just because a lot of the apps and discussions aren't my cup of tea. That's the great thing about forums, you can pick and choose which discussions you follow - and that's what I hate about things like Twitter and Slack, everything is just one big overwhelming soup and you feel compelled to either read it all or ignore it completely.
