ZMors, easy answer.
This is one of my favorite music masturbation apps.
Meaning I play with this app with itself alone and need no one or other apps.
Audulus although not my cup of tea deserves so much props due to the hard work and development over the years.
Personally, I think if Audulus were to re brand and market itself it still be one of the biggest apps.
Especially since many ios musicians have grown better over the years and perhaps now are ready for such a huge app concept.
Not to be left out is SynthQ which is an animal. The sounds this app does are totally unique among any.
I think one of the coolest for chip abstract dark and dub
Audulus 3 with a Eurorack modular and some Expert Sleepers modules to send/receive DC-coupled CV and audio gives you complete integration between hardware and software. I'll have to check if Model 15 supports multiple ins/outs. That would be amazing to integrate those modules in the Eurorack!

Any videos on that?
Sure. Here's a POC video I made. Since then I've made Audulus modules that represent my Eurorack modules that send/receive signals to make it even easier to integrate.
This has changed quite recently, lots of improvements on the filter side (and the oscillators have been redone in v3). Please check the Audulus forum. I think that the app is becoming pretty serious in terms of audio quality on iOS and I can see other improvements to come in a near future.
If anyone wants to step back a level from Audulus, and another step back from the Model 15 rat's nest, might I humbly suggest Thor as at least a semi-modular? If you dive into the modulation in the Routing section, there are too many options to explore for me to worry at this stage about a missing 'use case' available in a proper modular; here's a challenge (which is a big bluff because I'll probably not even understand enough to pick up the gauntlet), does anyone have a patch architecture that they use in Model 15 that Thor can't patch? I'm asking out of curiosity, I'm far from an expert, hopefully I'll learn something
BTW I think Model 15 sounds ... more buttery, and Thor seems more crashy recently, and I've really struggled to get it to sync in AUM and Cubasis with some patches, and I worry that it isn't going to get much more dev love, so it isn't quite the cheese bean burrito that it could be, just to get my disclaimers in
.
This is actually something available in ZMors for awhile (Sven demo-ed Expert Sleepers integration two years ago in a YouTube clip, full-on cv, + multi-midi multi-audio out in AppStore aug '16, the Audulus update accessing Expert Sleeper stuff is June '17.)
That's right. I got the Eurorack + zMors Modular working two years ago. Back then, Sven's app only supported multi outs. Now it supports 8 ins/outs which can be mapped to any channels on your audio interface. In fact, zMors MIDI filter module might be the way to get CV into Model 15 by converting the signal to a CC. So, thanks for mentioning zMors. It deserves props!
It's a gem
