This must be another iOS 11 app update from the past. All those old apps people forgot about are gonna get "updated" to much fanfare
I just went to reinstall it and it said it was just updated 4 minutes ago. Dang app store!
Yeh. I'm really annoyed too that there's no sure-fire way to know if the glitch might not be downgrading apps. But c'est la vie ...
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this glitch may bring back now deleted and no longer available apps.
