Guitar App Which Allows To play Chords on Screen Fretboard
Guys, is there a guitar app that allows one to play the chords on the fretboard while allowing to strum? I saw a video of one app on YouTube but there was no link to app or name. Anyone know if such exists?

This is the video I speak of:
I think that’s an obsolete app.
Looks like an iPad one.
Also the web site at the end of the video accple.com no longer exists.
Bummer, really want something like that. I’m tired of just pressing for chords, I wanna play my style. Of course nothing better than real thing but for portable that would be awesome!
Maybe we can reach out to the developer of Guitarism! If he could upgrade it to something like that.
Here ya go:

Thanks!
.
I really wish I was able to actually play the fretboard like on the video I posted. If only GeoShred or Guitarism would do this
This looked cool until I saw the subscription B.S.

This one too, but it is old and maybe never updated for the old iOS 8 debacle

If you already play guitar I can’t think of anything I’d want less than pretending to play guitar by tapping on glass with chord shapes having no tactile feedback of fingers on strings.
Why don’t you just play a real guitar and record that?
I have to be honest. I don’t have time. I play worship lead guitar for our Woship team and that takes a lot of time. So I always look for something that’ll get my idea recorded at my work lunch or break times. Or even on the go. That’s why I love the iPad and iPhone caus they liberate you to go mobile with your music.
Right now I got some decent tones with Guitarism, and ChordUp into SampleTank into ToneStack into EOS2 reverb!
But, it’s mostly rhythm guitar but limited as I can’t chord the fret the way I usually do.
An iPad is a lot easier to carry around than a guitar.
Midi out from such an app would be an easy way for guitar players to control synths etc.
Then again you could probably pick up an ion all star for next to nothing.
Echo Guitar Pro

Interesting thanks! Wonder if it lets you actually play the fretboard.
