Does tonestack transmit midi?
like could it transmit program changes to IAA connected apps on preset load?
that way example....i load a specific preset and it sends a PC code to Fiddlicator to load the proper IR on preset load?

Nope. But it receives them. You could probably rig up a third app that sends PC to both.
