Ripplemaker is awesome

Thanks @brambos , don’t know why i stayed away so long. The familiar sequencer is great, low percentage mutations for the win. Just messing around yields interesting modular bleep results and many great presets.

All i want now is a poly sequencer for phasemaker.
Anybody on the fence needs all brambos apps.

    Is on sale now?
    Yes. Bought it. Thanks.
Would love to have the full screen used at all times to enlarge things and give more room.
Not sure how the current design makes any sense. If Half the screen is going to be disabled then why not just full screen each half and have a switch/button that toggles pages?

Head scratcher. Maybe there is a reason I'm not seeing.

Just direct a few Rosetta sequencers. The Xox and rhythm can both be remapped to send actual notes really really fast. So chords and POLYPHONY are super easy. The bassline sequencer is basically the ripplemaker/Phasemaker sequencer. But you can have as many instances as you want till your iOS device melts. And you can trigger different patters via midi notes.

Cool. That’snext week. Audio damage and fab filter and klevgrand and ripplemaker have made any more purchases this week just plain irresponsible.

But since the baseline sequencer now fits in an AU- sized window. I’d also like to see a page 2 for the sequencer in Ripplemaker AU. It would be a delight in GarageBand

  • This is easily one of the best, most rewarding apps.

I'll be honest, that's not likely to happen. My apps are essentially two completely separate apps: a standalone AU host with a sequencer that taps into Ableton Link, CoreMIDI, Audiobus and all other protocols... and an AUv3 plugin that contains the sound engine. Bringing the sequencer into the AU plugin would mean an almost complete fundamental rewrite of the entire app.

Not to mention if you own Rosetta it really doesnt make sense to use the sequencers you'd have to waste time implementing. I'm 99.8% happy with Rosetta! :) (With that last 0.2% percent being lfo rate/mod being exposed to Aum for automation/midi learn :p )

  • Was waiting for this - and in the 2 minutes I fired it up, I can confirm that this is, in fact, super sweet.

You can go about your business.
