New original song: “Need”!

This is my new proginal song, “Need”. For the movie, some footage from 1922’s Nosferatu starring Bela Lugosi. This song is a bit of departure from what I’ve been doing, having a far darker mood while keeping the dowtempo/trip hop feel of some of my earlier songs. Lyrics below. Enjoy!

  • trip hop/downtempo and darker moods? Right up my alley... I enjoyed it a lot. Nice mood/tone and the vocals were quite good. As I was listening, I felt like I wanted it to build up towards the end with a giant string section getting more and more intense. But overall great job.

  • How do I move this into “Creations”?

    Thank you so much!

  • Really liked the drums, especially the snare and the sound of the brush dragging across the snare. Perfect bass line and tone. Liked the guitar "interjections" and the way you varied the tone as the piece progressed. And i enjoyed the vocal effect; almost sounded Daft Punk-ish in a few spots. Nice job!
