Who is pewdiepie? I read that name today somewhere already...
Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg from Sweden:

YouTube ain't what it used to be. Intrusive advertising and aggressive censorship. Seems like many uploaders are escaping to Dtube. I wish the app reviewers would change platform too.
Pretty crazy how they get 150 000 new subscribers a day, India is a pretty huge market to try and compete with.
btw I think Joe Rogan just set a personal record for downloads for his recent Elon Musk interview...which was pretty great btw. Past 8 million views on youtube, that doesn't count his substantial podcast audience.
It's utterly pathetic and shameful that PewDiePie, an alt-right troll who is known for Nazi "jokes" ("Death to all Jews") and "accidentally" calling someone a 'n****r' while livestreaming during an online game, still has the biggest youtube channel.

Yeah I was about to say... this dude should have never been at the top this long.
His subscribers, views, revenue, future growth, etc. won't be affected. He is losing just the "biggest channel" status probably by the end of this year
I hope he keeps up his good standards, I’ve been listening a lot to his interviews lately.
Joe Rogan is a closet alt-righter "just asking questions". He should stop giving racist and bigoted people a media platform on which to disseminate their ideas.
He is super intellectually honest and curious.
WHICH IS SO RARE for anyone these days never mind in media!
All of us are closet this or that. Works for me.
Too true, I agree with comment about the idiot Youtuber Pew too.
I’d agree he’s curious but I’m not so sure about his honesty, I suspect he hides his true viewpoint/political leanings to some degree.
How about free speech for everybody....that is what free speech means.
He has free speech as does the idiot Alex Jones and pretty much everyone else in the US & Western Europe, removal from a service provided by a business because you’ve violated their terms of service (which all users signed up to) does not violate it.
Dtube/Dlive and steemit instead fb...
Black rappers say ''n****r'' all the time... it would be racist if only black people are allowed to use that word right?
Tim Dog - low Down Nigga

Geto Boys - Trigga Happy Nigga

Ice Cube-The Nigga You Love To Hate

Nope and if you don’t understand why you’d be best acquiring yourself an education why before venturing out into the real world.
so not all people are equal? Some are allowed to use certain words, others aren't.. Alright.. seems fair..
Try reading this it explains it much better than I could in a forum post :-
https://everydayfeminism.com/2014/03/white-people-cant-use-the-n-word/
Oh and white people crying about not being able to use ONE word when they have white privilege in pretty much every other area of the world is both pathetic and hilarious at the same time.
@slowwfloww Of course in an ideal world all people are equal. In practice and especially in a historical context this has never, is not and probably will never be the case. Marginalised people have a hard time getting legal, medical and educational services.
Ive just moved to North America and one of the groups here trying to redress this disparity is Black Lives Matter. When I talk about this group to friends in Europe they question why all lives dont matter? Of course they do but there is a huge disparity in the number of Black people on low incomes who dont see the “innocent until proved guilt” ideal and urgently need legal representation or they go to jail. All people on low incomes generally suffer the same problems, yes but statistically there is still a big disparity. There are groups that help people on low income gain legal representation also but noone says, why dont they give legal representation to everyone because its understood.
The n word is a similar thing.
Hope this helps
Nobody should use the N word.. See people as equal, not as white/black/asian..
You obviously don’t understand the subject at all.
For extreme left everything that is not extreme left is alt right and for alt righters everything that is not extreme right is stalinist, etc. Meanwhile 90% of all people float with their opinions somewhere between these extremes. The biggest problem with the internet, trolls and bubbles is that it seems most people are extremists and because people are lazy and just throw labels at everything without digging any deeper.
Off Topic is right. I am terribly in favor of free speech, I mistakenly took offense at "muting" on another thread and wound up apologizing. But at least that pertained to the forum and was very specific. But every generalized discussion seems to go down the same divisive roads. And that includes here. As Gandhi said, in an eye for an eye world we all end up blind. If a person believes in opinions not based on fact there is no convincing otherwise. Certainly debate does not do it.
That sounds well-intentioned but also sounds like a potentially dangerous approach that could lead to altogether ignoring the history of institutionalized racism which includes deliberate use of those words to label and divide people. Even if the concept of races are made up, a system was still created around it and continues to have real consequences for people who don't pass as having whiteness. Just telling people to stop using those labels (or as I've heard often calling people who're trying to address racism as being racists for using the words "white", "black"...etc.) may only just make it easier for people who find talking about racism uncomfortable to sweep it under the rug while making it harder for people who are trying to stand up against it.
People saying "Black Lives Matter" are not creating barriers just because the word "black" is used. The barriers are already there . They are trying to do the opposite. They're trying to break down the barriers by bringing to light the injustice toward "black" people.

...and you obviously are well versed at it.;)
If it’s such a painful subject for black people, why do they throw it around alongside ‘bitches’ and other derogatory terms?
Shall we just blame it on Hip Hop?
I’m for refraining from using such language whatever your race or believe. They don’t do good to anyone.
Free speech means the government can't mistreat you for what you say, not that you can say offensive, inflammatory things & be protected from the consequences of fellow private citizens expressing their own right to free speech. Free speech is a legal stance about the government not being able to limit what you say. It has nothing to do with individuals who don't want to listen to racist garbage.
