World Time Code
Wouldn't it be cool to have a world midi sync, with 12 different bpms sorta how we have 12 notes in a western scale? Seems like it would be fairly useful.... You could double or half time, or split it into 3rds or 5ths or 7ths or whatever for odd time signatures, but it would be rad to know what you are playing is in 'sync' to a large portion of the present moment.

It seems like it would be right up Apples alley, to provide a few streams of timecode at like 50, 70, 80, 90, 108, 118, 120, 128, 130, 134, 142, and 150 bpm or something... Or make a mathematical division off a single pulse.... So you could sync to the 'world' clock.
And yes, good weird. weird is good. Just a thought on using this global connection for something other than advertising and shit...
Kinda like a global Link Session, with different harmonic-based subdivisions to join?
