Zivix Puc+ and usb hub

Has anybody tried Zivix Puc+ and an usb hub to connect several usb midi controllers via Bluetooth?

Comments

  • Yes, I have tested two different powered usb hubs, both did not work. Then I inspected the manual more fully. The manual states to use 1 puc+ per usb controller.

Most USB host to MIDI kits don't support multiple USB devices.
This looks more like a solution for you:

Then plug in a BT MIDI dongle like Quicco mi.1 or Yamaha Md-BT01.

Or use an old Raspberry Pi and a BT MIDI dongle and collect the software packages you need.

  • Just putting this out there, that you might could purchase 2 puc+ for the price of a retro kit device. I’ve looked into those and do not knock them at all. They look very impressive. Just depending on your location, multiple pucs might be a viable option, as well, depending on your needs.
