Thanks for tips :-)
is there an easy way to export stems?
Sorry mate allow me to explain what I mean..
I’d like to import the stems of the individual drum kit pieces; kick, snare, hi hats ect into cubasis so that they are on separate tracks to allow me more control when mixing.
As far as I can tell, after I’ve finished arranging a song in reggae drummer I need to go back and solo each kit piece then record it into cubasis via IAA. I was wondering if there is a way a more simple way to do this.
Also if you solo say just the kick but have jam intensity on then in your kick track it will throw in the extra ghost hits and fills (snare, cymbals ect) from using the jam intensity despite only wanting to hear the kick. I know I can go back through each section and turn jam intensity off and save it for recording but it’s a bit long winded and plus the jam intensity aspect is awesome, I’d just like to get the extra hits and fills to be on their respective track once I get it into cubasis.
Hope ive made sense..
Sadly there is no stem export in any of the Lumbeat apps. It would be super-useful to have, that's for sure.
Are Lumbeat in this forum do you know mate? Wont hurt for me to request it in a future update..
I think the dev is @LuisMartinez
@LuisMartinez is on here....
What I do is either export or record the MIDI output from the app, and then in Cubasis copy and edit the parts to get each drum on its own track....you can then use Reggae Drummer in Sound Module mode (or other drum kit, Cubasis kits, External Drum Module etc...) and send that MIDI to it.....A track at a time if need be...similar to doing it in the app but a bit easier doing it all in Cubasis as you wont need to transfer audio around.
This also allows you to mix patterns from all the apps and play them back on the same kit.
You also have the option of mixing your drums within the app itself, that has the benefit of essentially giving you a drum bus for mixing (Which Cubasis doesn't have).
Sounds like it makes a lot of sense, a drum app with audio export for using the drums in all of the other multiple apps the average user has on an iPad/iphone... sounds totally reasonable.
Please let us know how the dev responds to your request.
Wow! Thanks mate what a helpful reply. You pretty much solved all of my questions. I hadn’t really thought of using it as a kind of drum buss either but I’m bound to still want to add my own plugins somewhere.
@LuisMartinez hi mate, absolutely great app, could I request an export option for your drum machine please? Or is there a better place you can point me to where make a feature request? Thanks
You're welcome :)
@AndyPlankton
Great tips! This is my first Lumbeat app, so your workflow suggestions saved me a ton of trying and figuring stuff out. Much appreciated. 😎
Glad to have been of assistance 😀
Hi !! sorry for the delay, too busy lately.
I´m really happy you like Reggae Drummer, it has been more than 3 months of research and development. Thanks for your support!
Ok, I'm going to try to go around and see how to implement it for next releases
Hehe... yes, this is a pending request. Yes, I´ll try, kobamoto. thanks for your patiente.
Reggae Drummer has three different drummers. One of them:

Little Contest... Does anyone know what drummer inspires this one? A code to download for free to the first one who guess it
Copeland ?
And the winner is RockBottom
well, that was easy...
Sure, write me a private message and will send you a code
Hey @LuisMartinez, multiple IAA / AudioBus outputs might be easier to implement in the meantime while considering stem exports. Then again maybe not.just a thought.
+100000 That would be awesome!
Hi!
I have a sync question. I run RD inside cubasis as IAA. The connection between RD and Cubasis is lost whenever I do an undo in Cubasis. So I try to host RD inside AUM or audiobus but then I can't get RD to sync with cubasis. Any tips? Thanks.
I realize now I’m buying Reggae Drummer mainly to see if iBassist is going to play like Sting..

class.... Thank you.
I should correct a statement I previously made...I said that some of the Lumbeat apps work with IAA sync in Cubasis and some don't.
This was actually user error...ALL the Lumbeat drum apps have IAA sync and IAA start/stop....so when trying to sync them with Cubasis you can use IAA for all of them, but to do so you need to remember to turn link off in them....when Link is enabled in the apps then the IAA sync and Start/stop is disabled.
iBassist does not have IAA sync so cannot be synced in the same way.
