I hope it’s not summer, it’s nearly winter here. ;)

I am batting a chicken off my laptop keyboard, apologies for any typos.

    Back to regular programming.

Whaat, you've met the coding chicken? Lucky you!

Kinda like waiting for Zeeon bug fixes.

    As you were.

It looks very much like that in fact!

I wish it could code, it could sub in for me at work ...

I fished one out of the car footwell the other day, they get everywhere ...

Just looked up and realized this thread was started a year ago.....we are dogged buggers but where else is there to go :)

Wow, that was really fast. I know everyone always says that, but I can never get over how time relatively speeds up the older you get.

  • expectation game is a dangerous one.

this is getting past the point of no return for expectations......

    I have faith.

Sweet! Could this be the app that makes me realise I need a faster iPad? :D

Agreed, I've laid the plans of getting the Volca Drum on ice and wait for Drambo's arrival :D
It's also got a sample-engine in there making my lust for the Elektron Digitakt fade as well...

And knowing @giku_beepstreet puts out quality stuff when they finally drop I feel safe...
(OT, will it be possible to 'build' something similar to 'Dagger' with Drambo? Still love the 'Dagger Sound').

I've been searching for a greater fun-factor, so the basic framework evolved a bit, but its still cable-less:

    • Each row is a separate rack, each rack inputs and outputs can be routed to other racks (this way you can make a mixer with sends)
    • Got rid of top-generic sequencer. There will be many types of sequencers available as modules. Rack with sequencer is like a DAW track. All sequencers in the project may be synchronized to master or custom clock.
    • All connections are handled by knobs. Modulable parameters or mixers has + placeholders, you tap on it, then on modulation source module and a new knob appears (with source label)
    • Parameter locks on steps or other modules (e.g. Scene module)

    Nice :)

it’ll still have the multitrack p-lockable step Sequencer in there that was in earlier videos yeah?

Each track may have its own p-lockable sequencer, pattern is visible under the rack. So more or less its the same, but optional and more flexible. e.g. you can have 2 sequencer modules in a rack, one manages p-locks the other notes - with different time signatures.

  • @giku_beepstreet Maybe each module could have a customisable x/y pad as an alternative interface to knobs. Then easier to perform with multiple controls. Knobs are ok but built in x/y gives a bit more control without having to set that up manually all the time. :)

Can all tracks be sequenced from one multitrack sequencer? So they all change when you switch pattern? Like elektron, op-z, Deluge, korg etc....

Or do you need to manually change patterns on each separate sequencer per track on all tracks? Like a bunch of separate sequencers on a modular.

    Or can you do both?

Each sequencer can be synchronized to master transport, so they listen to pattern-change.
You can minimize rack view, if they have sequencers all you see is a grid like interface.

The point is.. I can p-lock or modulate pattern on each sequencer :)

Its a matter of modulation. You can connect e.g. filter to X/Y module or accelerometer
