Changing Safari download folder (iPad OS 13.2.2)
I’m trying to set an AudioShare folder as my download target but AudioShare (and Dropbox) is greyed out and unavailable. Any ideas ? Trying to save myself the hassle of moving my samples after downloading.

That's one of the well-known limitations - you can only select a local folder (On My iPad) or iCloud Drive
Hmm, I take my words back. It is actually possible but the app itself must support that feature. I know only one such app and it's not AudioShare or Dropbox

That used to work in the iOS 13 betas. Not any more.
Yep. The only app I know that can do this is Working Copy - I can select one of its folders to store my downloads, every other app I have is greyed out

@yug thanks . had a quick look .... so can I build my sample library there and have AudioShare access it as if it were accessing files in its own directory ?
No. Unfortunately, AudioShare does not support that
I really hope Apple return to their beta mentality. Such a waste of time moving files around unnecessarily......
They made a lot of changes in iCloud Drive during the beta, and then reverted them before launch. Shared folders was another victim. The iPadOS page on Apple.com says that some of these features will launch early 2020.
