MIDI app that allows CC messages to be sent from iPad?
Which one would allow this, if any, and would have the smallest "footprint"?
I want to send CC7 and 11 messages, coming from the iRig Blueboard, back out to my connected (via MIDI or USB) keyboard.
Thanks

I assume you can do this in your host app. For example, MIDI Routing in AUM should handle this. Which host are you using?
Either AUM or Camelot. I couldn't see how this could be done with those? I mean, I can send this data to any music app loaded in either of those platforms, but actually sending it OUT the iPad to an external device, I couldn't see how it was done....I was thinking of some sort of MIDI routing app, but not sure which one would actually work.
In the AUM menu, there is a "MIDI Route" menu item that brings up a routing grid. You can use this to redirect MIDI from one hardware device to another.
oh ok thanks I'll check that out - no MIDI feedback/loops in that scenario?
The routing is directional, so you could probably create a loop if you tried! My usual use case is redirecting the MIDI coming into AUM from my Keystep out to hardware synths.
If you save the aum project as a template you can in the future just import the channel with the midi from that project into new projects.
Cool, nice tip!!
oky dokes cool, thanks
