I have an alternative solution if offline triggering is sufficient:
Record your tapping in BM3, slice it and use the MIDI notes created by BM3 for triggering samples.

You can feed Impaktor into Thumbjam in Audiobus. Thumbjam has a mic pitch follower feature plus midi output.
