SF-1 Stereo Filter and Auria Pro

I've been having problems with SF-1.

It sometimes doesn't sync properly to AUM's internal sync so it's
not quite Bpm perfect and now when I insert it in Auria Pro, I get crackles.

Anyone experienced anything similar?

What sample rate are you running at?

What buffer size? (Try different buffer sizes.)

Are you using internal sound driver or an interface?

FWIW, I've just tested it on my iPad Gen 6 (iOS 12.3.1) in Auria Pro by running the Salamander piano (Lyra) through SF-1 with no crackles at a buffer of 256.

I've inserted SF-1 on a normal stereo channel.

Running at 44.1 khz as per.

First thing I did was change buffer sizes.

    Did the usual.

Cleared memory, re-started all apps as I'm hosting the Aux's in AUM.

    Same thing.

Now, this is the interesting part.

I inserted SF-1 as an IAA and it worked perfectly well including sync,
switched back to AUV3 and the crackles started again.

This is on my IPad Pro 1st gen, iOS 13.2.2, audio interface is external.
