Nice! Was feeling the need for some noise reduction these days
Awesome reply mate!!! Haha
but never that syndt synth thing .... damn it
Despite the site, here in Italy on the AppStore we have the old full prices and not the discounted one
Not live in the US yet, either.
Not in Spain
Not yet here on the west coast U.S. either...
Definitely plan on finally grabbing Brusfri.
According to the uk App Store some of the app descriptions are still showing the Black Friday/cyber Monday discounts but they ended on the 3 dec 2019.
Confused.com!!,
Brusfri wasn’t on sale for BF, if I remember well
Nope, it was on my list. Gonna put in my pocket now, though.
Mac/Win only?!?
From Klevgrand facebook:
If you don't have Brusfri and use live instruments, get it. Even with a clean power supply and guitar effects pedal chain, there's still a little noise, especially if you use a compressor.....until Brusfri, that is. The first time you use it and realize how well it works you get a magical feeling.
DAW Cassette is also a fav. But Knorr is the worst thing they've ever released...just trying to ship some units with that sale. Dunno what was going on there.
Hm, I was really hoping on Knorr being good. The demo looks useful as I do a lot of mono bassy sounds that then struggle to be heard in the mix.
Heck it's probably pretty cheap to give a spin sale-wise, and it's a cinch to use. But an EQ does me just fine.
Looks like the prices are updated now 😊
Is jussi bad as they say?😂😂😂
Just bought Brusfri. Simply amazing, really impressed. 👍
It's great for soft pads. I actually used it on a track, which is more than I can say for most apps I've bought.
Anyone know how DAW Cassette compares to ToneBoosters Reelbus?
The sale price for DAW Cassette puts it equal in price to Reelbus, but something about the TB product line has me nudged in that direction. I don’t have either, but have been sort of looking for a tape deck simulator to add some warmth to tracks and for some Lo-Fi production.
is there anything that DAW cassette can do that Reelbus cannot? Vice versa?
Thanks in advance.
I like and use both, but ReelBus is much more realistic and more versatile IMO. DAW Cassette is more heavy-handed, but that can be useful at times.
ReelBus has more options, such as hysteresis for example.
Is Brusfri able to improve quick and cheap ambient field recordings done with the internal iPhone mic? Anyone tried?
Can anyone tell me if you add release to a kick. Its not normal to sort of crackle within the boomier bass. Or is it normal and a kick need be tamed before sort of crackle?
I think of DAW Cassette as more of an Effect and ReelBus as a Treatment: DC adds (wonderful) artifacts while RB feels more closely to be riding / processing the sound source.
ReelBus can also be something of a magical transparent warmer / compressor / glue-er while DawCassette is more useful to degrading audio right down to dusted crush.
Sweet. Not only was noise from hardware drum fixed but even the crackle in the kick.
Only thing is its 45 percent cpu on a hardware drum.
Seems like mine is maybe faulty. If not can only be used for messing about.
At least software fixed it though.
Brusfi.
Brusfi works on the audio recording.
Tbh without brusfi, it isnt so bad at all when all voices are playing. Even the kick.
But I might be sensitive to the noise like it makes my head hollow.
I have the option of making sure it can be fixed after recording. Plus I think recording can be EQ and enhanced without the noise but not sure.
but Drambo
but SB DrumComputer
Thanks to each of you. Both replies were very helpful.
