NUBE with sensel/ipad grief.
just came in the mail yesterday. DL'd the win 32 app and got the driver installed on my pc. My ipad was able to see it on BT (but not connected via usb.) over BT, it's paired in the ipad settings, but doesn't show up in Animoog. I also cant get anything going with usb over the CK, which I dislike using over my Focusrite irack dock.
Tried it on my PC/Ableton with it straight into the the pc, but nothing.
so...anyone using this with the usb in on a focusrite dock? some things work in that..my minilab..but some don't my nano kontrol. Asking Focusrite about this is a waste of time. If I cant use it with the dock, I think I will be returning it. there doesnt seem to be a new dock for iad coming out 9and I don't blame the mfgs with giving up over the tiny changes apple makes that make their hardware obsolete either.

Is the Sensel USB class-compliant?
It has to be, otherwise it won't be detected by either the iPad via CCK ur the iTrack Dock via USB host.
Have you also tried KORG BLE-MIDI to activate the Bluetooth MIDI virtual port?
BLE-MIDI app should see it on iPad or iPhone If it’s paired in Settings. Then it should be visible in other apps.

The Sensel forum is a good place to ask questions.
I use mine over BT. midimittr is my go-to app for establishing connections. (Though animoog can do this too.)
Once connected, I can see it in animoog and select it as MIDI input. The Thunder overlay rocks in animoog.
It /might/ be the similar to the issue I had with a nanokey studio; if it's designed to work over BLE (Bluetooth low energy right?), you want to not pair it from the regular Bluetooth panel. Try forgetting it from that panel, install the BLE app, pair it there, see if you have more luck.

Ahhh, I wish you hadn't said that..I was just packing it up after a long day of BS trying to get it to work. I want to use it with animoog and Quanta. will try another BT app in between. possible figgy pudding coming your way.

nope, will try that. My ik bluetooth midi foot controls work without any other softwre (besudes the IK panel..maybe that's why they work??
