  • That video is awesome and so well done. Everyone should watch.

  • @Blue_Mangoo pioneered 2 new developer behaviors:

    1. Educate your potential buyers about technology and audio science using math tools.
    2. Provide open/free beta to make a product better on hit the target at release.

Great innovations for my buying needs. I'll keep supporting their efforts.

  • Wow! I don't think I've ever watched such an informative video. Not one bit of fluff. Each and every sentence communicating an idea clearly and with as few words as possible. Perfect illustrations of each point. Everything objective. Everything useful. So impressive!

    Thanks for sharing that @tja!

  • All Fabfilter demo videos are fantastic.
Fabfilter & Dan Worral present everything perfectly.

  • One of the best bits of educating I've come across - not just in this discipline ... difficult and complex stuff made simple and demonstrated. Can't be beaten. More than just a pretty face this Fabfilter lot.

  • I could listen to Dan Worral read the Chompies menu. FabFilter’s video tutorials were a Godsend when I first began using their stuff. Easy to grasp concepts and examples, great video.

Indeed ... Dan Worrall is one of the best video tutorial creators - well structured, very clear, highly concise.

  • Great selling point for the company too. Even though there is no sales pitch going on.

Too bad my poor, old, abused ears are barely able to hear the differences sometimes! :|

  • Not sure how much of the subtlety gets smushed out by the Youtube audio compression algorithms and settings.

  • I'm sure they recorded it with the intent of it being seen on YouTube. It's not that hard to make sure it tranaslates well for that outlet, so I wouldn't worry about too much subtlety being lost.

If people liked that video series, this one is also very informative (courtesy of Izotope):

Not as much as got smushed out of my hearing ability by my misspent youth.

  • It seems like it’s past due for a new FabFilter product to drop. They had been in the groove of releasing a new one every October or November for several years.
