apematrix tempo issue

i must be doing something wrong here cuz when i save my apematrix session , it opens back up to 120bpm even tho the preset is saved at a different tempo.
is there some particular way to save your session ? besides “ save preset” and / or “overwrite preset “ ?

    Just tried mine and they all open on the correct BPM and I use save preset and overwrite. Air 2 latest iOS

    Have you tried new presets, as my load of the app is new after only the last update, so wonder if it’s an old project update thing?

    Turn off Ableton Link and try again :)

    might be a link thing even tho it’s the only app i had open to start..

    Have you recently moved home to a place you got dirt cheap, because it just so happens to be built on the site of an old Indian burial ground? If so, just double check they moved the bodies! :s

    well after further investigation it seems to be kink related... when i open my ipad it is magically syncing with the apematrix on my iphone and jumping to where ever my iphone last tempo was set 🤔

    With Link off, presets load with their saved tempo. With Link on, presets open at whatever the current tempo is.

    apeMatrix needs a dialog like AUM that asks if you want to change the tempo to the saved value or keep the current setting.

    Yep you sure are! I know I waste thousands on fishing tackle and dining table decor, but I ain’t no tech poshy like u - my record deck cost a fiver second hand! Lol ;)
