Is there a list on the wiki page? Can’t see the wiki link on my phone. Wanted to see all the apps that have the feature for present and future reference.

I don't think there is a multi-out article. Maybe someone will create one -- or add a multi-out tag to pages for apps that support it.
I don´t see the Wiki link at the top when using Safari on iPhone. It is indeed no way to navigate to the wiki from the phone, I would need to google it.
put your phone in landscape mode and you will see the link.
