Nembrini apps update

Has the rumble problem been fixed when used as auv3?
I have not updated because i’ve found a way to use them with no problems.

    Can you confirm that if you have it as AU in AUM (would be hje same in AB3) and don't connect an input that you can hear it just by turning up the volume and gain pots? You can also hear that the pitch and volume of the sound nd changes with both sample rate and buffer size.

    I can’t answer your first question as i have not tried this.
    Yes to the second,but the pitch of the what i call rumble is higher depending on which latency or sample rate i use.
    I’ve told about this to @NembriniAudio,but from them everything is ok,so....
    Is it on their side,apple side auv3 implentation?
    I don’t even want to know😉😉.
    I do with with IAA.
    It is a real pain in the ass,but at least,i can these apps’

    I have this problem with MRH810, but neither Crunck nor PSA1000JR has this problem. This is on an iPad 6th Gen with iOS 12.3.1 and the results are the same with or without an audio interface connected (in my case an iRig HD2)
    In AUM,

    • create two channel strips
    • On both strips, have no input device.
    • Load the IAA version of MRH into one channel strip and the IAA version on the other.
    • make sure that the input is unmuted on the IAA version
    • In both of them, set the channel to the lead channel
    • set all volume/gain knobs to the maximum (output, master volume, lead volume, lead gain)

    --OBSERVE: The AU channel has a constant hum. The channel with the IAA has (as one would expect) no signal at all.

    • Now try all buffer settings for the sample rate you are at.
      --OBSERVE: the pitch and loudness of the constant tone changes (for the AU, the IAA will remain completely silent as it should). At 64, the pitch is high. As the buffer gets larger, the pitch goes down. The loudness varies from buffer size to buffer size. At 44.1K and 48k, 256 and 512 buffers have the loudest signal.

    This is 100% reproducible. The constant pitch is only found in the AU.

    It is much more prominent on the Lead channel than on the clean channel in all the environments that I have checked. In many cases, with the clean channel you might not notice it.

    im on cubasis 2 as well. how do you not have an input.. havent been able to figure that out.. its either iaa or mono 1 those seem to be the two options i have...

    I was on mono 1 in Cubasis with input level on my interface at 0

    we found a DC offset in MRH810 audio signal chain and in some cases it could generate a buzz at very high output level.
    Maybe it's the issue you reported, a new release is available for download.

  • I would LOVE to see a Fender Twin Reverb or Fender Champ model. These are my favorite clean tones. Beyond that - Vox? Hiwatt? The world is their oyster, as it were.

    Great to hear that the big was fixed for you @flo26. I've been editing my next Nembrini video and even with my shit guitar playing these apps sound excellent.

    I’ve just compared the IAA and the auv3 version of mrh 810,and there is still a problem with the auv3 version.

    I’ve just compared the IAA and the auv3 version of mrh 810,and there is still a problem with the auv3 version.

    Ugh! You are right. But it is different for me.

    In the earlier version, it was there even when there was no input signal. It was more prominent with high gain distortion. In this version , I am hearing it with clean and mildly distorted tones more than distorted ones.

    I am recording some tests now to demonstrate.

    Something interesting is that the fixed pitch tone seems to be there for higher notes on the guitar and not lower-pitched ones.

    Wow, great job on that video, it’s clear as day there
    Edit: I just quickly tried this, playing from SynthMaster into Mrh810 and Bst100. Didn’t hear a problem on mrh810 but i definitely felt there was a consistent buzzing tone on Bst100,

    I will follow up on your contact page, but if you simply set things up as I did in the video, you will be able to reproduce the issue.
