  • this is good stuff, more expresivness

  • ...and then, three four years later, it’s an update out again ;-)

All of a sudden NLog got Audiobus 3-support...

I thought Rolf had left iOS for ever... Great that he’s alive!!

  • So confused by the ancient thread  but yea, nice to see an update!

  • Yepp! It really got an update after all this time!

    It was my first too.

  • Gives me hope that Nave will also make it to AUv3 land at some point in time :)

  • Looks and sounds great, glad I held out... on sale too!

My bet is Nave won't make it and neither will Zedsynth 😭

Considering that Nave is programmed by the same developer and he also happens to work at the company that published Nave (Waldorf) I think the odds look quite good for Nave AUv3 :)

ZedSynth has been officially abandoned by its developer so it's 'gone' for good (same with the classic EpicSynth)...
...I loved the Tube Oscillators in ZedSynth but don't really miss it that much and EpicSynth has for me been replaced by TAL-UN-O-LX.

Time will tell what happens but I have a good gut-feeling about Nave AUv3!

Rolf Wohrmann, that's the developer/programmer of the wonderful Waldorf Iridium. This gives me some (little) hope on a Nave update too......

They added the ability to import Nave presets in Waldorf’s new(ish) Iridium and Quantum HW synths, so they definitely haven’t forgotten about it.

  • Wow, surprise and awesome update. I forget if I bought this or not. Either case, I'll get now.

  • Been in the beta. Great sounding synth👍✌️👍

  • Danke Rolf! This was the first “pro” synth on iOS, I remember rocking it on an iPhone 3GS.

  • Yes, Revamp Nave!

  • He did the programming for iSem as well.

  • Oops, I just bought the wrong synth... I was on my phone and could only see one.

  • Let’s hear it!

Some issues: in Cubasis, GUI then synth disappears, and sound gone too?
    Air 4 current iOS

Working now, maybe it needs to be opened standalone first, then twice?

  • Agree here - Rolf is an amazing programmer/coder!

We have missed him on iOS/iPadOS community, but, he seems to has returned! Hallelujah!

Another fail, tapped a preset, crashed again in Cubasis

    Anyone else seeing this?

    Same crash in MultitrackStudio.

Reinstall looks like the crashes are sorted

  • Talk about blast from the past. I think this and Thor were my first synths hardware or software I ever played. It’s been a free fall of a rabbit hole
