I've been able to run Alchemy on an iPad 2 running iOS 9.0.2 in both Audiobus and IAA.

    Good to know.

  • Not entirely sure this is iOS 9 related but Audiobus is still very unstable with Tonestack and sends me to the app store, it squeals very often (but not a feedback issue) it is also very troublesome with Jam-up which also emits the same high pitch noise until everything is shut down

Yeah, it's Tonestack. It's having issues with high cpu then quitting or stuttering on my Air. Even at different bit rates.

I've always had problems with Tonestack in AB - I've reported the squeal on here before, and the sound is forever dropping out. I usually have to load it, then eject it, then load it again to get it to work. I wouldn't list it as AB compatible personally, it's a pain in the sausage.

it's a pain in the sausage.

Well thank you Monzo, I never heard that one before but it will from here on in be my catchphrase when I am not impressed with .......... well anything I suppose.

I seem to remember Sebastian posting that he was going to chat with Yonac about this problem but I now have the same type of issues with Jam-up. I wonder how Bias fx works in Audiobus, I don't support Positive Grids business model so I would prefer to stay away from any more of their apps.

edit Jamup was updated a couple of hours after I posted but in the meantime I now suspect Korvpressor is the culprit and continues to send Jamup into squeal mode.

Ah, just tested Tonestack with Diode in AB and it was fine, again great with Lorentz, but got the screetch when running it with Laplace.

    Random sausage irritations.

I am experiencing issues with Korvpressor and have noticed klevgrand- produktion have never issued updates for some of their apps which is surprising to me especially after the shift to iOS9, I think developers are missing a big opportunity to get their apps some of the free advertisement that comes with the introduction of even a small update. those developers that concentrate on keeping their apps current always get extra praise and are often first to be recommended. If I had an App to sell I would like to think I would be submitting very regular updates if only to keep the brand fresh in peoples minds so to speak.

  • Multitrack DAW doesn't seem to be working for me on iPad Air 2 with the latest iOS 9 version - No sound plays from any synths when I connect MDAW to the output . Anybody else having this problem ?

Different Drummer runs for little bit, then it freezes and screeches...Anybody used it lately?

    Latest iOS 9.02 AIR 1

  • Only problem I've had with Different Drummer is that it crashes when using the Ops panel. The dev is aware of that and working on a major update (4.0)

  • funjunkie is beta testing the 4.0 release right now and I believe the haywire bug was fixed but he found other bugs because it's beta...should be easy to fix!

I updated my Mrs' iPad Mini 2 last night to iOS 9.0.2 and installed Audiobus + SamplR just to run a test and it's kinda half-bad news: Samplr seems to work OK in standalone mode but produces no sound in the Audiobus input slot, it even reported some error in Audiobus at some point. This means I'll stick to iOS 8.4.1 until SamplR gets its long overdue update. Hope that'll happen soon enough....if ever. Anyone experienced the same issue with SamplR on iOS 9 or has any new info on the update?

  • does the copy/paste ,open in audioshare, iaa works ? > @jooga1972 said:

Deleted and reinstalled the whole lot, now everything works fine! :)

  • Good news !

Samplr is in my top 10, I would literally cry if it breaks ...

  • Caustic and DM1 on the iPhone both have problems with Audiobus/IAA.
