I found this today. I am super impressed with it. For me, it is exactly what I needed for my IPhone for arranging on the fly. The APP has SUPER SMOOTH inter-app communication and control. It is like a streamlined version of the Yamaha app but with way better options and less space on the device. It is from the same guy who brought us MO DRUMS and BASS LINE. It is free but you need to buy the option to import files. Works great with A-Share, A-copy, and Dropbox.

Sync's solid, (been using it with an iPad/iPhone/Volca Sample/Teenage-Engineering synths live rig)

Glitch1 is a stutter mangle effect, via Audiobus, don't think it's IAA, and for iPhone, but you can use it on the iPad.

Downloaded instantly and I love it.
As an Ableton user this is a close as it gets to have a similar workflow that I was looking for to launch clips. Launchpad was close but just wasn't my cup of tea.
I really like the simple UI and IAA effects. Could easily make my loops in Imaschine and test out different combos and export ideas to cubasis to build up a track.
Surprised it hasn't been advertised anywhere.

With ios8 all the Audiobus apps that work, work as IAA apps. I really like this app btw.
I like it but some key missing features...no audiobus(?) no export and no song mode (which is usually missing). There are workarounds though.you can record via audioshare iaa.
It has the track levels and midi support which iKaossilator lacks. Syncs to Multitrackstudio well.....I don't think it sends CCs so you can't record a live sequence of midi track change events.
I think it could be possible to set up a lemur remote to control it and which you could then record the CCs into a DAW to playback the sequence....would be easier if the developer added a record mode for your performance.

I love the two independent IAA effect apps you can plug in. Do you think Turnado would work?

That's a nice little app, works as IAA in Auria, and picks up the song tempo.
Anyone got the Pro version? Would be interested to hear how it handles user samples, and how it compares to Launchpad...

Sample in can happen as you jam via Clouddrive, Gen Paste board, Audioshare, Dropbox. Also allows zip import of bulk sample batches...
What I like about LP-5 is that tempo and # of bars can be changed during live play, from the main screen (there's only one screen, the sample bay opens in a split so you can keep goofing around with launching as u load other clips)
Can someone who bought full version upgrade say how timestretching works? What happens if you try to import a loop recorded at a different tempo that the project's tempo?
Also, do you have to purchase upgrade for IAA? Didn't see it in AudioShare. And are there three audio outs (effects A & B, and Main) or just one?

I only see a single audio out exposed via IAA in AudioShare. Timestretching doesn't seem to be working properly. Increasing tempo increase loop play speed as expected, but when you start and stop the transport, tempo of loops reverts to original tempo, even though project tempo has been changed.
Don't mean to be negative, but for my $ and uses, Launchpad is a better option.

I'm not sure what you meant about reverting to tempo, I can't replicate that behavior. Yep, just one out, the 2 fx buses are pre- the master out. I didn't put it clearly above. Multiple out would be cool. I never think of it- pretty rare in ios

I'm not a midi adept, but cc mapping in app is extensive, launch events look like they are trigger able via midi off-quantization but don't quote me.
Yeah, looks like the tempo thing may have been a fluke. Here's what I did originally FWIW.
*In the demo tune I gradually increased the tempo up to 191. Worked as expected.
*I hit the play button to stop play
*Hit the play button again and loops sounded like they were playing at original tempo (about 131 IIRC)
But now when I go back in and drag tempo up and down, and start and stop the transport things work as expected.

what are the export options of this app?
don't see panning in any of the videos, does it have panning?
No panning but I guess you could do that with an effects app as a workaround. Hopefully the dev is working on more stuff as the last update was quite recent.

I don't know whether to get this or not now...seems a similar beast to Launchpad, though with a simpler interface and less things. The Launchpad IAP's a fiver, but this one's a quid cheaper. Dunno, stuck now.
