    Think I don't understand something about audio buffers. Is it not possible to delay the MIDI tracks to match larger audio buffer sizes?

    As far as I understood this is much more a limitation on the OS level. Introducing iOS Midi just imposes a low Sample Rate Buffer, you can't use the Midi Framework with higher buffers.

    That's what I understood.

    iOS doesn't support buffer sizes larger than 512 when using MIDI.
