Yes, I've taken a break for 6months, and now autumn is here have been busy on actually finishing the (sort of) working code I've had for couple of years!
I've added 8 real time controls that allow you to play midi CC's over a sequence, and Ableton link for syncing tempo over wifi.
The rack panel is the much wanted option though - you can play three midiSequencer snapshots at once (from one screen), with different tempo's. You could also chain them (1->2->3 say) or even have one transpose the others.
I"m also looking at further allowing different tempos on parameter lanes (notes, velocity etc could all have their own tempo) - the work I have done allows this as it works on ppqn rather than gate length.
The clips (20 midiSequencer snapshots at once) will be another app, but more modern in that it uses midi data (so not steps unless you want to of course) and a grid note entry system.
Also in the works is a new(optional) skin, with flatter/cleaner gfx to make it easier to read and more modern in style.

Each sequencer (of the 3) has it's own device list - so you can point each at different midi devices or apps.

Now I can't load it in AUM...have a black page...is it compatible?
no it's an an audio app - just midi. The audio is needed to keep it alive in the background and is required to work with audiobus, so no useful output - although I've considered putting in a metronome

Same. The ability to set one sequence to control another is gonna blow the app open for me. I do this now but it requires several apps (and/or hardware) and what feels like a bunch of setup overhead.
I guess you meant "it's NOT an audio app, just midi".......right?
Now you got me confused...I use Trigger Sequencer (in AUM) that puts out only midi and it sequences Animoog just fine....
And since it has LINK, I can control its BPM from AUM..or vica versa.
(I thought AUM is better suited for MIDI instruments)

I really want to use it, now with this upcoming update sounds great...plus I have the IAPs...
Does MS work only in Audiobus?
MS uses AudioBus only for two things 1) convenience of saving presets (MS will reload the last snapshot) 2) Audiobus miniControls - to start/stop/rewind/mute input/mute output of MS whilst in another app also loaded into Audiobus.
MS is designed to work on coreMidi like most synths - so if you have a problem I'm guessing you haven't setup devices correctly or it's muted. MS has the ability to output to synths who (virtual) register in coreMidi (e.g. Sunriser vm is called Sunrizer - that's how other apps see it).
As to why it doesn't open in AUM - it's because of the way it is called from AUM maybe. Something I will look at fixing, but to be honest it does'nt make much sense to include it in AUM as there is no audio path supported. AUM, as nice as it is does not have the advantages AB has (miniControls & preset saving).
