2.5 runs fine on my ipad 4.

are you having any sample import issues, and does it have side chain?

The sample import issues are with GMMobile not FLM, as far as I recall no side chain

  • cool thanks, they will probably make the intro price close to the sale price of the previous version if not the same.

  • Just a question, please.

The sale is probably close to end...I already have MS, but I'm short of space (iPhone5s 16Gb), and about 800 Mb is a lot...would any FL owner tell me how much space is once installed?

    Thanks at advance.

they kind of announced flm3 some 6 months ago and then stopped talking about it. i do not hold my breath!!!

edit: importing samples in flm2 is far from painless!!! drum kits tend to at least misbehave if not crash the app and keyboard instruments need proprietary Image-Line software to be edited...

you'd be very close to full.

edit: i misread, but yeah, it's somewhere around 700mb with a fresh install. i may be off a bit but same general size as the other major DAWs.

Thanks. I don't like the MS policy (as Tabletop does) to install the whole instruments despite you've bought it or not, which increases the space a lot.

And yes, sadly Looptical, GarageBand, Beatmaker 2...have the same problem. So I'll have to "play" with Gadget, Xenon, Rhythm Studio and stuff like that (even AKAI Synthstation if I drink enough).

  • I'm hoping that when FLM3 and BM3 finally ship that the 'demos' & 'content' will be an optional downloads.
