    @DerekBuddemeyer Have enjoyed playing with this app already and am also impressed that you have responded to the 'first release' suggestions/requests. I think this is an area where the forum excels and it's always good to see a developer who wants to improve his product further. I agree with a few of the points raised and would certainly like, at some point, the choice of a lighter skin. Lot of older eyes out here :)

    Congrats on the release and keep up the excellent work.

    Thank you!! We have SOOOO much planned for this in the next year alone...I'm always open to suggestions and we plan to do our best at implementing additional features as long as they fit our needs...ROCK ON!!

    App sounds great so far ! Running on an iPad 4. Anytime I hit record it crashes. Anyone else have this problem ?

    We have a crash log that reports immediately...we should have a fix soon

    Great app! Does Drum Studio have the same note mapping as some desktop drum vst's like the Toon track products or addictive drums? That is: can I use my midi clips from those programs inside Drum Studio....? :)

    Yes to your own patterns and fills. You can indeed. The fills are found under the grooves and can be inserted wherever you like and you can even stack fills together for some solo drums or extra textures.

    @DerekBuddemeyer: Could you please let us assign all possible midi note numbers. At this moment the list starts with 24 and only goes up to 98. It would be way cool if We could use midi notes 0 to 127. Thanks again for a great app.

    There are tons of drag and drop fills that are automatically spliced in when laid on an existing loop in the timeline. Fills are listed at the bottom of the groove sections
