  • Chvrches, Phantogram, Kitten & Lucius continuously for days. With occasional moments of OMD, Howard Jones & The Thompson Twins, Bongwater & Digweed's Northern Exposure for old times sake.

  • Loveliescrushing and the Cocteau Twins a lot this last week. Actually, CT more this past year than any year since 1989.

  • New Daughter album is a pleasant surprise, I found their first effort a bit tedious, but this one is much better. It's more shoegazey as opposed to indie-folk.

Other than that, my favourite current band is Parlours.

  • The kids making a lot of noise and arguing

    Wait, are we neighbors?

LMAO, Noisy buggers aren't they :D

  • stop that racket already :D

  • At the mo I'd much prefer the noise of screaming kidlets. My neighbour is obviously hoovering to the brain drain of Boys one & waste of life (sorry, West Life). Apologies luv cos I'm trying to listen to some old Killing Joke stuff & I've got a feeling that Jaz Coleman will win this loudness battle! :smirk: Enjoying some of The Dirty Nil as well.

  • Nothing directly.

The only form of music I do take in is via a select group of podcasts including Roger Sanchez, Groove Cruise, and Aoki.

Otherwise, I may turn on Sirius Chill or Eutopia, Electric Area, BB Kings Bluesville, or a Jazz channel.

I haven't bought an "album" proper since DJ ing in Miami couple years back. I may buy some samples and loops, but, nothing more.

  • The Beatles No1 Ablum

  • Richie Hawtin - From My Mind To Yours
Chemical Brothers - Born In The Echoes

  • Marillion, Crowded House, Porcupine Tree, and David Bowie are the groups that have my attention lately.

Agree. Heading out to see them next weekend.

  • Dreadzone - Always Dreadzone :D

Ah Dreadzone - I loved their Second Light album. spent many hours listening to it back in the 90s.
Currently listening to Sixto Rodriguez, old recordings of prison songs on Youtube and lots of old skool hiphop of course.

  • I don't listen to music as much as I used to, it's been replaced by non-music podcasts but the few new arrivals in recent years into my music library are Mndsgn, Dimlite and Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

  • Mostly i'm into various film and game soundtracks (old and new) and Astropilot when it comes to electronic depths!

  • NPR Morning Edition

  • The new album 'Varmints' by Anna Meredith.

  • Been spinning Voivod's new one. (Post Society) It's amazing. Reminds me of Nothing Face

  • Mediterranean Sundance — Al Di Meola

  • The last 3-5 Future records (Metro Boomin' and Southside should both put out instrumental albums)

    Various Randomer tracks

The newer Terror Danjah halfstep tracks (hearing these on Sir Spryo's Rinse FM show), along with a lot of other grime producers (Notion, Champion, etc.)

    Old Lackluster records (Wrapping, Container)

    Benjamin Damage

    old Boosie & Webbie albums

    old DJ Screw mixes

    etc.

  • Clutch - most played albums are 'Elephant Riders', 'Blast Tyrant', 'Basket of Eggs', 'Earth Rocker'. These guys covered a lot of ground. If you like rock there is probably at least one Clutch album for you.
