    I was lucky being that none of my sites were affected. As regards to the anti 123-reg spiel.....This looks bad but I'd never trust anyone else to backup my stuff though. I'd be more pissed at myself (after being pissed at them for a bit) for not backing up my own website if mine were lost. It says in that link businesses have been ruined but what kind of business that relies on their website doesn't make sure they have multiple backups? I guess if you are updating the site constantly this is tricky. But there must be automated local backup software?
