I just made a new folder for timbres and then same presets.
I then "copy from pc" all the items into that newly created folders.
I don't remember a custom folder from Moog?

I tried some of the timbre files, specifically the ones prefixed Animo ~ etc, and loaded them into Grain Science instead. Interesting.

iFunbox 1.8 worked great on my mac to upload presets and timbres. I am also running the latest software on my mac and the latest iOS.

The single cycle waves would have to have been repeated to get the duration (i.e., more than a mere single cycle) but would they have been interpolated from one single cycle shape at one end to another at the other end?
I ask, because I suspect that the Animo is internally dithering or at least using a fixed amount of granular processing as it reads out the wavetable. As I understand it, Animo has eight vertically stacked separate wavetables. Each of these separate audio files is quite short, but involves a set of timbral transitions that could (not necessarily discretely) go through sixteen steps or stages of tonal development. Then Animo will play from the position on the grid that the orbit or path pointy thing that you put your finger on, but not necessarily exactly at that point. From what sounds like to me, the wavetable readout start point includes variation prior or after the point, rather than robotically repeating the readout from exactly the same point. I suspect also that the 1/16th block is also not being adhered to precisely, but again, dithers, almost in a granular manner.
Hence, the single cycle waveforms probably need to be matched up in sequences of sixteen that make sense together, and interpolated nicely between each keyframe.
Or at least that’s what I imagine was done.
@RustiK I had a quick play with them, some vary varied sounds. Good work.
@u0421793 I opened up some of the wavs in audacity and they all seem to be 0.37 secs long. I uploaded one that was 2.7 secs and it worked. Not sure if Animoog is using the entire 2.7 secs or just using the first 0.37 secs.
I did notice that as I moved the path horizontally on the screen it seemed to be stepping through the wave form or at least changing the starting position.
Ah wait, seventeen, not sixteen — fencepost error! Seventeen single-cycle frozen waveforms, which will give space for sixteen chunks of interpolation between them.
