Why isn't there an app that is basically Ableton Live IOS....
Maybe it will be an AB3 feature
Simple sample editing/timestretching at the level of quality that I can do in Studio One DAW.
...an app that's exactly like Figure (including loop overdubbing) but sends midi notes and CCs (rather than playing its own sounds).
...a configurable iOS midi controller app (like midi designer pro) that is split screen
These two things seem like a really obvious hole to me.
...an app that will manage hindsight, so that I can have it available before I do something.
Allows me to create soundfonts.
Allows me to edit my QuNexus settings.
Enables me to be a real musician.
...allows me to program multiple user-defined time signatures in a midi sequence or song, and also allow smooth (or abrupt) tempo changes in a midi sequence or song.

Just to clarify the AB start button I mean is the one in the AB section of the AB tab not any individual apps start button.
The idea being that the apps I want to record and the recorder will all start with the press of that one button.
@BiancaNeve maybe you could contact the Looptical developer about adding the AB start button functionality?
Auria Pro has a tempo and time signature tracks so this can already be done.
Sounds like AUM could do it? Pre-arm it then hit play on AB to start, stop to finish with Link. I'm not 100% sure but from my understanding of those apps I think it'd work?
Doesn't seem to be a way of setting AUM into record pause mode.
Nor does there seem to be a way to specify the number of bars recorded.

Can't you do this by using punch in and punch out in MTDaw, Cubasis or Auria?
Something like the new Auxy except with a playing surface for live recording of parts, a nicely tweak able pcm synth engine you can add your own sounds to, and goddamned PANNING!
