If not for this forum, Doug Woods, Jakob and Music App Blog I'm not so sure I'd be so gung ho IOS. Add Johnny Goodyear, Komomoto and Samu plus Tones For Christ to that list. I love this community..Also, Tim Webb, Dischord.

True I've learned a lot from here, also true that it's very time consuming, that ends with too much contemplative thinking of what you might do...etc...
So, now it's the time to give back a bit of knowledge here, then...make music !
I had a bit of time away, and while I got more done, I missed the guys on here. Did nothing for my appaholia though - I bought more than ever.
When I'm on here it means I'm not up in the loft fixing my broken roof, worrying about my/others health stuff, working, spending money down the pub, coping with a manic 7 year old, shouting at the cat etc. So I'd consider it time well spent.

I'm feeling truly humbled and honoured as I'm just a passionate iOS 'geek'
Being a tech-geek has it's downsides too as it may make me seem like a 'pushy' & 'arrogant' person.
One of the reasons I've been a bit 'pushy' about implementation of standard iOS features is that I see them as midway-solutions to the issues we're all having regarding file-sharing between apps, document management etc.
The same 'geek-thinking' applies to AU-X and the way it will enable us to do more...

Biensur.....but I have been waiting quite a while for an update.
...I'd probably get more music done. Many have said this and while it's true, it's not in a negative way. I have almost (that's almost) as much fun talking & reading about music, gear and recording than I do making music, with gear and recording.
Great community, great musicians & producers. I appreciate it for sure and it's always loaded on a tab in the Chrome app on my Galaxy S6.
