If it was £500 not $500 would be strymon big sky for me.

I'm very fickle about effects, but I've never regretted my Strymon pedals. They are wonderful.

What exactly is it about these Strymon things? They keep popping up in videos, and everyone gushes over them.

I'm honestly struggling to think of anything...

I am quite happy having all my noises made on the iPad with the sound quality of apps like Animoog and Model15 and Gadget.

And I have knobs covered now with by BCR.

I guess maybe a keyboard that has nice aftertouch. Not that I've researched it.

But what is there? The Roli (out of budget?). The CME one? That Keith bloke's one?

    Googled BCR stumbled on this

  • Changed my mind, spend it on Scope upgrade to 5.1, and some i/o goodies for same...

Well, I can only speak for myself. They sound amazing, they are very intuitive to use despite their power and flexibility, they're very high quality, very aesthetically pleasing, and customer service is great. And the big thing for me is that I can hook them up in stereo and get lost playing them.

Strymon pedals are great! I recently bought the Strymon Mobius. This pedal has all sorts of modulation effects in it. I use it with my guitars but people also use these pedals for keys. I used it in the following creation on the bass vi and the solo guitar, the Mobius here just gives that extra juice to the tone that makes it interesting.
