Never getting old never gets old.

Nostalgia is a thing of the past.

The only thing that worries me about music in general right now, is how many 30 year old bands are headlining festivals, not a problem in and of itself, but it is getting even more common as time goes on, big promoters are starting to control the live scene.

I'm excited for this Festival by me. I've seen the Beach Boys at it in the past, Cheap Trick. So, you can see it's changed a bit.

  • For the most part, I stopped actively listening to music about 10 years ago. No matter where I work, there's music always playing, and it's also a noisy environment. So in my car my radio is off cause my ears ate fatigued, or it's NPR.

When actively seeking it's SC, YT, or I.D. ing a song i hear on a TV commercial. NPR plays snippets of stuff i really dig sometimes, but as I'm driving, it's kinda hard to tag them in time.

Most people listen to radio everyday, most people watch tv everyday, the two main streaming services that actually never killed music or visual entertainment, funny how you open it up to everybody to contribute (The internet) and all of a sudden it is going to kill everything.

It did though, for better and worse. Snow is sometimes a problem, but glaciers are always a valid cause for concern.
