  • After the previous weekend, I am not touching this update for awhile.

  • Just curious: why not just leave this one alone completely? I mean, it does one thing really well and I've seen no evidence that The Feature could be improved. Keep it safe from updates by not updating at all?

  • Sami, did you see my post up-thread. For me the trick, was to clear the app's cache which you do in its utility menu. The export command came back after I did that.

On the latest version 3.2.2 (346)? I tried it on my phone but no joy.

  • I am at 3.2.1.the steps i took with that version were: delete app, power down (not put to sleep), re-install (still no export), empty cache.

There’s a later update that ruins the party again, unfortunately.

There is a button to send feedback to the author in the utility menu. I recommend using it to write to him.

  • The "feature" is still there for me also, after the latest update. It's weird that for some of you it disappeared!
    iOS 12 beta, iPhone 6s

Could it be that the UI is simply bugged out between different screen sizes?
(I'll install the latest version on my iPhone 5 and check).

  • Seem like this 'issue' could be caused by different screen sizes as the feature is preset on my iPhone 5.

It's the same version of the app as on Air 2 but there it is missing...

  • 3.2.2 is out now.
    Works on my 6s 10.3

Interesting, so this should work ...btime://reset

    But doesn't from a browser...

(edit) Seems to open in Beat Time if you enter it directly into Safari (i.e. not clicking the above link).

Might give it an update now, been holding off.

    Yep!

In my mail it asks me if I want to open Beat Time.
I press no, because I have no need to reset, and don’t know what is actually (Resetted-ed).

Updated and didn't lose the feature ... might be because I did the reset thing before, dunno.

    iPad Pro 9.7, iOS 11.4.1

Also reinstalled on my old iPad 2, just in case ...

  • The reset doesn’t seem to work on my 8+.

  • I tried the clear cache thing and it worked for me. Latest update BT, iPad Pro.

Yes sirrrr - this fixed the issue on my 6s. Never had the issue on my iPad, which made things confusing. Thanks.

btime://reset in Safari is the answer! (Was pasting this into Beat Time’s own browser then Chrome).

    Nice one 👍

I do still wonder what makes menus from an app disappear like that as it's hardly 'normal' behaviour?!
