  • Thanks much y'all. I am going to apply my special technique to this issue: Close everything down and go for a swim :)

Sweet! Once KASPAR is released my July will be complete :)

    What's KASPAR?

    Ditto not sure what's KASPAR?

The Next Thing from Yonac, who made Magellan

Thanks good to know, if it's from Yonac than expect something very great!

  • Yay! Thanks a LOT

  • Just purchased and like it a lot.

Laplace my fav for strings, Mersenne for percussion, Redshrike for pads and Lorrentz seems great for all type of sounds checking out the factory presets.

After more playing with Lorentz I've just got to add.. its by far my favourite synth on any platform. I've never heard anything so warm and organic come out of a digital machine. After running it through my markbass head and Eden 2x10 cab .. OOooohhhhhh!!!

With a super smooth omnipresent Viking bass underneath, I can't even handle it. It's too much.

Sounds like you're using your bass rig as a keyboard monitor. No wonder you're swooning.

I've got quite a complex routing matrix but in general I send my real bass guitar, synth bass, FX bus B & the subs from Ruismaker through the bass cab. There's a few other bits and pieces but that's the essentials

@Samu can you move all those faders and record that to a BM3 automation lane, without having to set up any mapping first? Do you first have to tell BM3 which parameter you want to record (I guess you do)?

You can just grab a knob or slider and do your thing when automation and recording is enabled.
But to be honest I prefer to draw my automation :)

HEY! Bugger off. Can't you see I'm busy here reading the BM3 manual?

  • Just so stoked about this. Lorentz is such a great synth.

  • Mr. Lorentz?

  • We're in good company

  • Oh god. I want to play with Lorentz, but I'm meticulously reviewing and organising my last years business invoices/transactions instead (the 'joys' of moving to a new country as a sole trader..)

Anyone made any good stuff with Lorentz in the last few days? Post some clips! I want to listen!

  • Man, I just had the sweetest Navichord sequence being arpeggiated by Lorentz pads. Then the kids woke up in our hotel room so I blew it away... I'll be back!
