Challenge: Bebot only tracks.
B E G I N
Phew
I agree 100%. Bebot-only tracks for the win. Maybe this should be the next charity album for Doug!
Yeah OK, on second thought maybe not...
Somewhere, a chorus of robot angels is singing!
Praise Bebot!
I'm sure I can do whatever Bebot does with a million other apps that I own but it's just not as much FUN.
So many black and white icons. Very cool.
I do think we should celebrate with a bebot only challenge. Who's in?
Would be fun. I might be.
Am I allowed some drums? Bebot plus drums?
Hmmmm. How about this: extra points for using bebot for drums but not required? I'm thinking a third party app will be required anyway so maybe bebot plus one helper?
I'm so in. Deadline?
Out of this bunch, I can't imagine Shoom or Gestrument going away. And didn't Earhoof already get an update to 64bit a few months ago? Enumero is a fairly new app isn't it?
The rest of those I reckon are toast.
I have been out in the fields/down in the mines/far from shore on the rough working sea all day, but there is indeed a point to our labours and a balm to our brows: Bebot, that scamp, that brother in arms and a tuxedo has been saved to keep our spirits forever aloft as we slog into the uncertain future....there will be hosannas in the humble house tonight my brethren.
Well that did not disappoint
CustomInk.com and a public / secret BeBot society is born.
Plaque material, engraved.
Drums...definitely.....as long as they were made with BeBot's timbres.
Let's say: all sound sources much originate from the Bot. But what happens to them after the fact, be it resampling, effects, EQ, sequencing, arpeggiator, etc., basic production techniques, those are all fair game should anyone see fit. Of course, pulling off a PURELY Bebot track might just solidify legendary status to those grave individuals who pull it off.

deadline.......soonish? A week?? Flexible. But hurry the hell up.
A Bebot shirt does exist. MrsChasteen gifted me with one a couple of birthdays ago.
@brice Very good.
I may have one of these sewn onto the front of a black baseball cap. Failing that, a tattoo perhaps. Not on me you understand, don't hold with the notion, but I'm sure I could find someone suitable. Ivory-skinned young girl perhaps. Ideal if she was also a bass player (or at a push an opera singer).
Would like to do a Bebot only piece. Bucket list material really. But at best it would be by the month's end for SOTMC. For now, off to bed a happy camper and will try to dream up something I could sing along to while wearing top hat and tails....
So it does! And there's a link on the dev's page for it. Though it looks like someone else created the art and maybe sharing profit with the dev. http://www.normalware.com
Kinda like Brice's a little better, but the one on the dev's site is tempting.
Haha....what the hell. The one time I make a pretend shirt for an app, and that app actually has one. Too strange!
Sounds perfect to me. I'm shooting for a week but I understand if some stuff arrives for SOMTC. Bebot isn't fussy this way.
Honestly, I think I'd be more inclined to buy your first design than the one on his site. It's nice too, but I think it kind of gets lost on anything but white. Wouldn't do the tux one, but I can see a musician getting a giggle on stage wearing that. If you already reworked his logo and positioned it on that t-shirt site you used, maybe he'd offer a second design? Kinda looked like you had to buy in bulk though... or does that site do one-offs too?
Might not be worth it, because that other tshirt is $20, and I know that's not much mark-up for a print-on-demand tshirt.
Much prefer the @brice option.
This I would buy.
Win/win since my kids love Bebot (was one of the first apps my daughter played with) and we tend to get matching shirts in different colors (we love TeeFury!) so we'd be a small team of Bebots traipsing about...
Same here - my kids absolutely love Bebot. We've had sessions where we bust out the three iPads and old iPhone and of for us get crackin'. It's pretty ridiculous. And totally awesome!
So yeah, I would totally by a Bebot t-shirt. The design above it is much better than the one on their website. Why would you make a t-shirt and not use the original art? It seems a ridiculous, especially when the original art is so perfect. It must be all rights thing or something
By the way, I love that we're all here debating about whether we should do a Bebot-only challenge, and Doug has already beaten us to it!
