    Games count?

My 2 favorite iOS games are free ones.

    Phoenix II by Firi Games
    https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/phoenix-ii/id1134895689?mt=8

    Punch Quest by Rocketcat LLC
    https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/punch-quest/id554223561?mt=8

Of course both get much better with time and upgrades(free)

Ta for the tip I needed a fresh shoot em up.

I’m a Hearthstone tragic, which is also free ... sort of ...

Here's one for all you BeepBoop fans:

    https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/noise-maschine/id1233986502?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo=4

So this has recording in the menu, but says it is coming soon when you try to use it. The randomizer and evolver are pretty awesome. The touchstrip adjust whatever knob you last touched. Evolver + Hold switch is keeping me entertained for a while now. :)

Oh yeah, it has pop-up ads, so you might want to go into airplane mode when you use it

I really like this app! I wish there was an easier way to record the output. I emailed them but heard nothing back.

I have it on my Android phone as well. Same deal, free w/ads, BUT the recording works.

    GarageBand is free isn’t it?

Haha, winner! (Although again, I payed for it)

The bummer is that it can’t be used as an input within audiobus

For me it must be Yamaha Synthbook (wow!) and the light version of IK Multimedia Syntronik! Nice shit!

Just downloaded and playing around with Syntronik and im suprised how many features you can use for free. Dont know what the limitations are but i can use all the synths, save presets and it supports AU.

    Thanks.

  • Bias Pedal by Positive Grid

Nice if you design real guitar pedals. Works well as IAPP, although full functionality is an IAP it sure has a lot of functionality in the free version. There are also having a sale right now, Bias FX is 50% off.

    _Korg SyncKontrol
    _
Has Ableton Link, WIST and can send a click track to your Pocket Operators or Korg Volcas

    Critical Ops

For when you get frustrated with producing and want to take some people out. :#

  • Did someone say Wipeout?
    Oh, wait.

If there's any game that could get translated to touchscreen so relatively easily...

Oh man - that would be incredible!

Funny you bring this game up. I've recently been finishing my Raspberry Pi game machine, and I just put all the Wipeouts on there. SUCH fun to play with my 7 year old son....

    save presets

This makes the free version completely worthwhile, thought the "presets" aren't based on the full emulation of each synth. You are just tweaking the presets.

    But still.

I finally did pay for the bundle, and though pricey, I'm glad I did.

Are you talking about Syntronik? I'm having trouble justifying this since it's sample-based. I already have Synthmaster and a zillion other awesome synths. I feel like I owe it to my past purchases to wring any sounds I'd get from Syntronik out of the apps I already have...
