  • I hope me too, lol. Got betatesting experience with other companies, and it’s much better to get problems fixed than to sit around bitching about things. ;)

  • +1 for being a beta tester. I love z3ta. Wouldnt want to see it get broke.

    Great news!

  • +1 for beta
Also any thoughts on making this universal for iPhones as well?

  • +1 for beta testing.

  • +1 for beta.

  • Would buy this if it got updated to Au for sure.

  • revisited this a few nights ago. And, it really is one of the best sounding ios synths. I love it, again. :) Just needs some AU stuff - orama.

  • ALL, please send me **privately ** your Apple IDs so I can sign you up on Testflight, thanks!

I got a couple dev's to dive in and scope the preset fix. No promises yet, just giving you an update.

This is good news. I hope they are going to address crash issues and update MIDI function while they are at it. z3ta+ didn’t play nicely with any of the main iOS DAW apps the last time I checked (using AB or IAA connection). If they need beta testers they can certainly find them here.

  • Where's Samu, ? He should definitely be included.

I'm here busy with some other stuff.

Only issues I've had with Z3ta+ have been random stability issues when editing patches (ie. it doesn't dive every time but makes the app feel 'unstable'). I do admit it was like 6+ months ago I messed around with the Z3ta+ so there should be some crash-logs the developers can dive into...

  • Think it needs an IAA fix too as it's been not great in starting in AUM for me.

  • Beta Z3TA works beautifully!!!!
Able to save export presets to Dropbox and files app!
    Will test midi.
    Loving it guys!! Buy it!

  • What about naming a preset sth like „woopwoop“, tweaking it a bit and naming it „Woopwoop“ Ort „WOOPWOOP“ does it recognize it being different?
Or using something like an ä, ö, ü which is common in german made it crash after trying to load it.

    Thanks

How does importing presets work? Can you import lots at once?
Originally it was only one by one which was a nightmare when importing a large amount.

No further details yet, but thanks for the positive feedback. :)

Forgot to link you in my post. See above. :)

  • I asked about importing and exporting folder sound banks so let’s see.

  • does IAA audio work now?

  • edited November 2017

It worked for me too (exporting presets). The presets worked fine in Z3ta+2 on my PC.
I couldn't access the IOS Z3ta folder in iTunes (or iExplorer) so I exported via email and Dropbox.

    IAA worked fine from Cubasis.

Iia audio works fine in AUM with zeta beta. The aum keyboard routes midi to z3ta and you can combine it with au effects (i dont know if I ever had problems with these things mind). Thats the extent of my testing so far though. Nice to have zeta being looked after, better make the most of it

    Yup, that would be useful!

  • I'm buying it. Great sound!

  • The user and all related content has been deleted.
  • Has anyone tested it on an Air 2 with iOS 10x?

  • ^ me! Any requests?

Is it working ok in AUM (if you have it)? That’s my main workhorse so I’d need it stable with that one. Thanks Rich.
