The export problem that I’m talking about has been in every version of bm3.
I would miss dotted line movement for notes... .................................................... (sigh)
3.0.5 on iPad Air 1, iOS 11... doesn't even load now. Projects currently in limbo.

Anyone get a bm2 project to load in bm3? Followed user guide and stays stuck on load screen.
The app or your note?
Seems like many of the iap soundpack demos all play the same demo?
Hehe, my note.
I’ve found a strange bug on my iPad Pro 2017 today in the new Beatmaker 3.05...
If I drag a wavefile and drop it on another file, the first wavefile gets empty of content...?
I saw this by mistake...
If you scroll a lot and you hold to long on the screen before flipping, the files get selected and it will drop on another file and it will empty the first one...
See this video...
@tja its called capitalism. If you don't like it move to North Korea
3.03 is pretty darn solid to me.
The bug is found and will be gone in the upcoming v.3.06...
better yet send drumpf to n korea and then build a wall around it
Hear hear! Make Beatmaker great again!
I agree, there's always been an issue even when expiring to wave... What I do to 'export' a finalized project to a single wave file is playing my project in BM3 while recording BM3 output in Audioshare via AB3... Only way for me to have a file which is not slightly off beat...
That’s a nice workaround, thanks! I just don’t understand why they can’t fix this? Korg gadget exports nicley to Cubasis.
If I remember correctly, bm2 exported really well to Cubasis also.
I've had no issues exporting stuff from BM3. Everything so far has aligned perfectly on the Grid when importing to Cubasis?! I'd love to see some examples here though...(Especially if there are some AUv3's and IAA's that do not send timing information to the host and those are next to impossible to correct automatically. Cubasis also suffers from this when freezing plug-in tracks or recording IAA-Instruments & Generators).
I'm seeing issues with importing into BM3.0.5. From AudioShare, open in BM3, I get the dialog in BM3 that the file is available in the "Imports" folder, but when I browse there, I don't see it. Anyone else experiencing this?
(apologies if this has been mentioned - I scanned the prior responses and didn't see any reference to it).
Is it a compatible file format?
Sometimes you just have to browse to another folder and back to the imports folder to get new files to show up.
yes, .wav 16 bit, 44.1khz
[edit] Though in my testing just now it's working fine importing from Audioshare for me. I haven't upgraded from 3.0.3 yet, so maybe it's a new problem.
yeah, I've noticed that too, so I tried it that, then tried restarting BM3 to no avail, and I have 7GB free on this Air 2. I'll try restarting the device.
thanks for checking - it was working fine for me on 3.0.3 a couple weeks ago too.
Update: I found a workaround for anyone else coming across this -
I uploaded the .wav file from AudioShare to Dropbox, and from Dropbox did and Export -> Open In -> BM3 and the .wav file was imported into BM3, to the "Samples" folder (not the "Imports" folder).
@Samu
I can hear that the loop is off beat. So I zoomed in and seen that it was. I also timestretched in cubasis to make it fit...but it just ends up sounding like shit. What am I doing wrong here?
is there anything that you guys wish had carried over from bm2-to BM3?
I've never bumped into this to be honest and I've exported a ton of clips to test that there are no timing issues...
Please do forward your results to a thread over at https://intua.net/forums/discussions and tag @mathieugarcia in the post.
Have you tried just copying over the *.wav files without 'exporting' them? (meaning copy over the *.wav files from the session folder directly into Cubasis). If you're on iOS11 you can use the iCloud feature in Cubasis and pull the files directly from the BM3 folder structure...
