Sounds good. Whats the sample? I remember hearing it somewhere before, maybe jedi mind tricks or AOTP used it
I know you can draw. To me one of the biggest selling point of bm3 as a daw was the record automation feature. Rigth now I'm recording automation and use that as a guide to redraw, which is fine but not ideal. I thought since it wasn't mentioned before that there is a setting I missed. Hopefully at some point we'll see finer resolution.
Yes sorry I misunderstood
Indeed there is a minimal step quantization of 1/64 when recording automations
Another n00b anguish/question. BM3 can 'see' my Novation Launckey (see pic), as it could the Arturia keystep I had hooked up previously, and it appears to be 'on', but no sound. Rebooted etc but no dice. Can anyone point me to the (no doubt) obvious place where a button needs to be pushed or checked etc? Appreciate the wisdoms.
This is excellent! Very impressed. Would love to know how you imported and chopped the sample. Keep up the good work, Grego.
You have to define Focus Actions
You can find all necessary information here : https://intua.net/downloads/BM3-MIDI.pdf
I never had to set up any focus action for my nano key to work. Just set the midi input for the selected bank/pad

Found where i heard it being used before
Thanks, will go look and thanks to @Sygma also, I will RTFM (sigh
)
Three dots, pad options below the mini pads on the sampler.
Innarestin', the manual did fry my non-boffin-like brain. Many things can obviously be done if and when I want to focus my bank transport switches (sounds more like fiscal policy). I backed away (slowly) and turned on the little bluetooth Nanokey Studio and set it on the track I have Viking Synth on and it worked immediately. The mystery of computers. The other two (wired) objects here don't seem to want to play (for now), but as long as something does
... May ask our friends at Intua to think about adding a single page to their manual: You have a piano-ey thing, here's how how to make it make noises...
(Thanks!)
For the record (and for those keeping score at home): The Launchkey also works, but the Arturia keypad does not. For now.
Had some fun with the new session they included with 3.0.10. Erased all the patterns and made my own track using the banks
Sounds kinda like a grime thing
Isn't this updated to 3.0.10?
Thanks so much all of you... This is very nice.
I used this sample :
Peace.
PS: if anyone knows rappers interested by this kind of beats, please let me know.
