iPulsaret, along side Ripplemaker are the cornerstones of my live set up. Its deep as hell and there so much more I could do with it besides using its Trainlet grain source. It could use a couple of updates to catch up with Mood and stuff in terms of connectivity but its still my baby. It's going to rule with some Touche patches.
I'm saddened by your opinions on Model 15 and Audulus 3 though. Yes they are not for beginners but the power and flexibility of both those apps is brain melting. I've been taking some time to study Model 15 lately, again it will be awesome with the Touche and so far I'm getting my head around it at last, but there is a lot of study involved in getting the most of it and creating your own sound with it. The presets are so nice but I'm no longer comfortable using presets in my works. At least not many.
Audulus 3 I have waiting in the wings to learn, I'm waiting for Ableton Link support and then I can use it as a bridge between my iOS setup with my friends Eurorack setup.
Both apps are not just easy toys, they require a level of work.
As does Phonem it seems, I need a couple more tutorial videos to be out there to really get the work flow of making sentences or short phrases. So much powerful potential to make a unique sound.
Apefilter or dibfilter or idensity or one of those. For some reason i open those ip and the gui puts me off.
Loadker, i want to like and use it more
Rustik, I love your Animoog presets, could you show us how those are made?
Do you use Ableton?

FYI
I am interested in Patterning for a tutorial because I use Patterning as a MAIN instrument for my set up.
I actually dedicate my Launchcontrol XL to Patterning during sessions.
I actually do many songs 100% on Patterning then just add apps to substitute for the sounds I used.
I think Patterning and Egoist are great for this.
They force you to be creative. It is far too easy these days to go down the rabbit hole of ambient or abstract electronica cyber Allman brother jam scenarios in which an endless supply of AU effects and instruments lead to a fun you totally unreproducible or just too much.
It is easy and fun to do that, but I find it stifled my creativity.
So, I like to make fake rules of engagement when attacking the creative process on ios.
I keep it to 3 apps, a seq, app, and a looper app and hosts.
These days on iPad
Animoog(as always) - Patterning - Thor
or
Animoog - Beat Hawk - Reslice
Audiobus AND AUM
What aspects of PATTERNING do you want to explore?
ape filter ...how to set it up as normal eq...how minimise comb filtering.. some of the features are complex to understand
Bebot!
How do we install your presets bro?
On what homie?
I'd love a series of in-depth tutorials on using Tonestacks various effects. Some of their rack reverb and delay effects are mind-boggling. The fact there's presently no good documentation or guides on how to use them effectively is tragic.
I don't need to do tutorial for you on this.

I don't use Apefilter anymore.
I hurt my ears one to many times with it. I personally don't need it anymore since DUBSTATION came out.
The 3 above apps cover all I need for filter play. Included with these 3 apps give you some extra aspects from dub echo stuff to pitch manipulation LFO(virsyn).
I can't do a tutorial since I can't get into it but I can tell you what works for me.
Thanks for the response. The drum rack layout helps for mapping other apps like BM3 but what I'm really after is a layout that copies Ableton Push (drum pads & velocities across the bottom half of the launchpad with a rolling step sequencer per hit across the top half of the controller) Not asking for much am I!
Cheers
Yes I'm an Ableton user as well and that looks interesting but was hoping for something on IOS only without needing to hook up the laptop. Side note, just got Ableton 10 and the Push 2 integration is really slick and intuitive.
A general track workflow / breakdown. Even if it is a new experimental one and waxing philosophic about process and aesthetic.
I thought about it but thought who the hell wants to see what I do...LOL'
Maybe I will
I did the piece I want to use for the Pattering tutorial.
Maybe I will combine that with the whole thing.
I also want to do how to install presets and timbres into Animoog for people. Lots confusion on that.
Do you have MIDI designer?
I do!
I haven't used Midi designer yet, just having a read about it and will check out some videos. I'd imagine setting up a custom template that lights up the Launchpad with a sequencer and drum pads could lead to a few sleepless night for me! (unless there are other user templates out there I can find) Cheers for the help
Bro
There are endless things out there I have seen, I just don't even want to start into that stuff I already have no time.
But, I think so.
I will look today when I have a moment.
Showrunner
Thank you very much for this!
