If there’s not enough for a month: a] roll over to the next month until you think you’ve got enough or b] abandon the idea of a predetermined amount each month and release what came in.
I’m hoping it won’t really be an issue for the first year anyway. The really popular synths should not be an issue to start with. Synths like Zeeon, Mood, Model 15, Redshrike etc, should be popular enough to get loads of sounds.
