Great idea! Great apps too, obviously.
Gonna need a bigger iTunes card.
Odd. Not sure what it is. Just glad our mate @FredAntonCorvest is on a new project though!
Trance gate?
Hopefully not. The trance gate effect can be gotten through simple note programming afterall, lol.
I dont actually know what that even is. I heard one of the older boys in another thread mention one yesterday.
How about a tremellowizer?
A slamdamnatron?
Basically it’s the lazy way to take trance pads and make them sound like 16th notes with the duration of 32nd notes. It’s also the lazy way to take a 16th note trance arp and shorten the length of the notes to 32nd notes. It’s a type of repetative volume automation trick usually used over the cheesiest type of supersaw patches.
Skip to 55 seconds in. There’s your stereotypical cheesy supersaw lead with trance gate laid overtop, followed by delay and reverb effects (and possibly EQ to shave off the low end to fit it in the mix). Oddly, I’ve loved this particular remix of Equinoxe IV for years and still do, but you can’t say the lead isn’t cheesy nor lazily programmed.
That said, I’m going to wager a guess and say that this AU has to do with vocal processing, because by the look of it, the letters spell out “daVocVer” or “dvVocVer”.
Ahhh, 2006 treadmill music. i dig.
Ah, 2004 mate. Oy fuckin hell, this is 14 years old now?!
Hehe, yah i was a couple years late to the Armin Van B... uren? Party.
To me it looks like “INVOCVER” or maybe “INVOXVER”
You could be right. We shall soon see mate.
