  • I think it's a Retronyms joke…..they like to make me sad :(

  • I think this app Win The "2013 Crash Award" for sure!!!

    lol

  • bug fix and stability….where… :(

  • Is it still crashing then?? Will have to try when I get home. I really wish that they would make it stable, I really like it but the crashes are off putting....

  • Start up, want to read the news, crash! This is so sad...

    Same thing here...deleted...

  • What type of iPad you guys using , I am using iPad Air and been using it since update with no crashes so far. I keeping my fingers crossed, will let you know the progress. I must also say I love tabletop concept but could not handle the crashes.

  • Not crashing for me. Don't read the "News" it's just trying to sell you stuff.

    iPad 4, iOS 7.0.4

Right now, with MTDaw, NanoStudio, GB and BM2 (and more), I can avoid it for a while.

  • Air, Cubasis. TT gets opened, played with for a day and forgotten again whenever a new update comes out.

  • iPad 4, iOS 7.0.4

I'll give cubasis a try. I love the concept of tabletop but if something simple as reading the news crashes the app on an ipad4 with latest ios version gives me a bad feeling about the development team. There seems to be no testing before release. I'm gonna delete it though i've bought a lot of IAP's. It just isn't gonna change.

The news server may be down. Everything else appears to be working.

  • 2Hrs Later and still no crashes

  • Sometimes: Save & Close and Crash….again (the same problem of last version :(

Plus my bug on recordings maked inside Zignal are broken (no fix this bug) :(

Inside Mastrmind can't loading Virsyn Apps :(

Mastermind is impossible to learn key to midi controller :( AGAIN!!!

    I must continue???

  • Well I have the new retina mini, and I did not have one crash last night. Will have to see on a good session at the weekend. It did crash on my old mini, but I think I was pushing it too hard...

  • @KlaatuNinja try to click on news button for infos up...

  • I never used that anyway, as long as it's stable apart from that all good :-)

  • Ok so just used it for 2.5 hrs and no crashes on iPad mini retina :-)

  • you can load Addictive Synth??

  • Ok, nope. There's a bug... It hasn't crashed on me wth nave or sample tank. It hasn't crashed on loading or saving once. Still some IAA problems. I have started getting an IAA part sorted real time midi, recording in app and audio copying back into tabletop and using on a sample pad. Get the groove going and then fix for later playback. It uses less overhead as well.

  • I have been using it since update and had no crashes apart from the news area not loading. Seems to be a lot more stable,

Oh man! And I just finished transferring over all my impc and imaschine samples to beatmaker via iFunbox then deleting them. Does Tabletop bring anything new to the table (no pun intended) that either beatmaker or comparable audiobus app doesn't do already? Can it handle 24 bit samples?

I'm tempted to buy but if it's the same ish, would rather focus on tools I have now.

  • It's free anyway, try it out. You only pay for extra fx and instruments. If you have impc and iMini they are in there.

I played till my battery died last night and no crashes!! Really good update :-)

  • The aspect of TT I like the most is the Triggerator. It is almost a sequencer of sequencers.
    But I rarely use TT.

  • edited December 2013

Remember that iMini becomes monophonic (like the original was) into TT.

  • BUT, and this is a plus, you can instantiate more than one of them, and play different patches on them. And their MIDI management is better than a naked iMini, including Learn now covers the keyboad as well as controllers. This latest integration makes that much more useful.

  • Good point.
