Sadly there are no AUs supporting IRs. Im pretty sure i heard that altispace(can load IRs) will be made AU at some point tho.
Two of my favs are ddmf envelope(quality normal reverb) and adverb2(vintage reverb). Eos2 is also nice and has much lower cpu usage thsn the ddmf one. ivcs3 au reverb module has an IR of the original synths spring reverb, which is nice, but pretty limited if it were your only reverb
Virsyn Audioverb sounds good, I use it and would recommend it
Altispace. Hope it's going to learn AUdio soon.
Here are also some suggestions...

AUFX Dub followed by AUFX Space are a great combination for an ambient awash. Lots of movement can be had.
AUFX Space is awesome
I'm sure your have eos2, free and my fav... Looking at getting adverb from audio damage too
DDMF has a more luscious reverb.
imo best ios reverbs are Fabfilter ProR and mobile convolution. sadly neither of these are Auv3 (yet)
I really like AD 480. Also, not AU.
DDMF is good for gated 80's sounds. I like it, but it's not nearly as versatile as others. Virsyn's reverb is much more lush and versatile in my opinion. But Mobile Convolution sounds the best. User IR's and won't cut them short like Altispace does.
I really only like the Fabfilter Pro-R, but it's not AU yet.
If I had to pick an AU, I'd go ADverb, but as a digital plate reverb it's more situational (80s snares, for one) than all-purpose.
AD's other app Eos2 has a Superhall mode that was coded by the Valhalla reverb guy, but it completely pales in comparison. Must've been his early coding days. In fact, I like its other three models better, but still not satisfied with it overall.
The DDMF is pretty good but too metallic-y for me to consider lush.
For as essential as reverb is, the current AUs are all lacking. But Pro-R is on the way eventually. It's the most unobtrusive reverb I've ever used, and perfect for dreamy vibey washes like you mentioned (not to mention on vocals or anything else).
The one inside TF8
No really very good AU. But if i had to choose i go AudioReverb from Virsyn.
Fabfilter Pro-R
unless i am mistaken, mobile convolution has been removed from the app store. seems to be gone from developers site too. shame, it did some IR scaling tricks than altiverb does not.
looking forward to a nice AU convolution reverb, and pro-r
I would recommend it if you use an ipad pro though. Performance wise it's very taxing. But there is no reverb like that on the market, not even close to it.
AD480 seems the only reverb with an individual algorithmic approach not based on modifications of Apple's stock reverb.
Dunno Pro-R, though, but at least it's well defined tweaking options set it apart.
Ddmf is nice but it has a horrible spot just over 12oclock where the dry wet blend is far from smooth.
We need some of those great reverb apps to go AU pleaseeeeeee!
Altispace and ProR in Auria
ProR will be awesome. The beauty of the Fab Filters as AUs is I won''t even bother looking at or thinking of any other mixing/mastering plugins on iOS again.
Eos2 and Blamsoft Reverb.
Check out, "rooms" it's free
GliderVerb? Starts free and upsells to a $6-7 full version. Easy to try.
EOS 2, ADverb, and Discord4

I don't know of anything that sounds like Valahalla vintage, there is only one verb with IR as I understand it and that's Altispace which is IAA. I don't really know what sort of impact sample rate has on the IR's so if they compare to the mind blowing IR's you can get on PC/Mac is unknown to me.
The Valhalla stuff isn't the most transparent hih class on earth, but has THAT kind of 'musical' sound. I have all of them plus Übermod and each has it's particular use.
The plate eats EOS2 for for breakfast... or rather just the coffee...
(documents pretty well how Shawn got more and more sophisticated - not to forget his heritage, coming from Analog Devices DSP developement department)
He's doing nothing but reverb for years, which explains why we lack some of the better implementations here in IOS land.
A convolution reverb isn't just impulse resonses - you also need control to tweak the processing. Check the Altiverb site for details.
Without such control features it's an endless random search through IRs until you eventually hit the proper one more or less by chance.
That's why I stick to the algorithmic type which lets me tweak the required sound within seconds - if there is a proper collection covering various aspects.
